Workplace challenges: Not enough money, Job they don’t want, still lives at home

How does The Arise Building Academy fix these problems?

In the Mental Plane we will focus on Building Strong Resilient Minds. Creating clarity for Young Men to live Intentionally through Intuitive thinking. Learning to Embrace that Masculine Savage they have inside. All while also having the ability to tame it

We will use many different types of mental exercises, some which are breathwork, meditation, and personalized journaling. All to help create that Clear Intentional Strong Purpose Driven Mind. As a group we will be starting at the basics and building from there.

Each student will have 1000’s of hours working in the Mental Plane. Putting them well on their way to mastery

“All is Mind” The Kybalion

In the Physical Plane is where we take intentional action and build. Not only ourselves but literally learning to build with our hands. We will be exercising 5 days a week. Military style as a team. These exercises will vary from running, walking, weight lifting, steel mace flow, kayaking, mt biking, Qi gong, and Yoga to name a few. Through this process they will grow stronger, and more flexible. They will grow healthy habits setting the Strong Foundation of who they’re are as a Man for Life. They will learn how to Eat Healthy while saving money. Every Man who comes thru the Academy will make hundreds and hundreds of measurements and cuts using chops saws, miter saws, table saws, along with many other power tools. At the Academy you will receive more than enough experience to find a job working in health & fitness, construction, marketing, sales, operations whichever is your calling. We will even help you in doing so with the Arise Apprentice Placement Program. Even if you finish this Academy and none of them are the career you want. We will have built such a strong foundation and connection with your intuition that you will have Clarity of the next steps to take. We will help every Man find his next step in their journey guaranteed.

In the Spiritual Plane they will learn about Energy. How it flows to and from them. They will find themselves more connected with who they truly are. The first 18 years of life you’re molded by so many things outside of your parents. School, music, social circles, teachers, and many more things. A man doesn’t even know who he really is deep inside. The journey we will go on will Naturally connect deeper with The Source giving you such clarity on yourself and your path in Life. Not to mention the endless strength that comes with that connection. This plane of existence is where you find your self confidence in Trusting your decisive decisions. You will learn the universe is always in your favor. Giving you lessons NOT losses.

Their has been a lost practice of Initiating of Young Men. Which will be brought back to life at Arise!!!!! We aren't talking the frat house ones filled with hazing, or the drunken parties. These are going to be primal. Out in nature. They will push the these men to new limits they never knew possible.

This one step has been completely hijacked by sex drugs, and rock n roll. Men who “act” as leaders telling young men they need to only focus on money which will allow them attract more women. You have porn easily available destroying the pure concept on how to even treat a Lady. Yes Men we have not been raising the young men properly. The current initiation process is filled with destruction. Showing stripe clubs are a right of passage, or being part of a frat house is brotherhood. Which both come with drugs and literally losing your mind because of it. The list goes on and on for how we are currently failing to guide our Young Men. Young men use to be taking by elders in the community out into the woods. They would adventure out into the unknown and build courage, strength, and ability to be self sufficient. They would create relationships and seek wisdom from the Elders. The closest men get to this type of event to outdoor survival is an alcohol induce camping trip with friends where they just get wasted under the stars without having any meaningful growth fill rituals walking the young men into the stronger, wiser, confident, and service filled lives. Once we fix how we guide our young men we will fix the outcome of young addiction, suicide, overweight, lack of purpose, and lacking of wanting to buildfamilies

Arise Apprentice Placement Program

The Arise placement program is simple during the 2nd session each student will start to get a great feel for what they enjoy doing more. Do they enjoy the construction, and building. Or do they enjoy the Mind/ Movement growth process. No matter what we will help them with the next step. Whether it they want to start their own business or they want to find local businesses who they can talk to about future employment opportunities. Either way we will work 1 on 1 with each student Intentionally choosing their future placement. Based on characteristics they want for their future. We will guide every student UNTIL A PLACEMENT IS FOUND FOR THEM
